DEERFIELD ASSOCIATES Executive Search, Inc. was founded by Doug Cooney in 2001.  Since founding the firm, Doug has successfully completed more than 166+ searches in the education field.   Doug has 28 years of executive search experience and has successfully completed more than 1,000 searches.
